I surely was and I knew somethings beforehand :-).

We have gotten a few questions regarding our hosting solution that I will adress here. Currently we are using Amazon EC2 to host our indexes and when you use our premium services we guarantee that we will be replicating your indexes across different 'availability zones' keeping your indexes accessible even if Amazon will run into problems in one of their data centers. Even if we switch provider we promise to replicate the indexes to different data centers.

For Swedish customers that needs their data to be kept within country borders we will provide hosted services within Sweden. They are currently not available as a part of our prepaid plans but just drop us an email and we will be happy to set you up.

The second question is regarding scale. Our current prepaid plans limits the number of documents to 1 million for a single index. This is by no way our limit. This is something that you can by from us 'over the counter' on friday afternoon without me having to miss out on the after work activities. If you are in need of something bigger just drop us an email and we will help you out. Personally I would like to hear from you out there with 10's of millions documents. I'm sure we can work something out for you.
