How do I view the status of a Product Recommendations product feed?

Note: This information is for Optimizely internal use only. The Everyone attribute is blank so people outside Optimizely cannot see this information. To make it public, go to Admin Mode > Admin > Access Rights > Set Access Rights, find this topic in the hierarchy and enable the Everyone attribute to Read.

  1. In the Personalization Portal, go to Account > Site Management.
  2. Select the Feeds tab. The Feeds screen shows the status of each feed. If the Status shows Error, click  Error to see why a feed did not run successfully.


From the Admin view, you also can show whether a feed was exported.

  1. Open the global menu and select CMS > Admin > Admin > Export Product Feed.
  2. Select the History tab.


    The Settings tab contains settings for scheduled jobs, to activate or deactivate a job and specify how often a job should be run.
