Default to show property page in Edit mode

For some pages, it would be most convenient for editors to see the "All properties page" directly, not the "On-page editing". Is it possible to configure this for a given Page Type?

I can't see any "Mark as answer check box". I have "Report abuse on this thread", "Delete post" and "Disable mail notification", but no "Mark as answer". I guess I'm blind, but I just can't find it...
