Customize predefined block folder names

Hello,

I would like to rename predefined block folder names, "For All Sites", "For This Site" and "For This Page"

and possibly to rearrange order in which they appear. Is there a way to accomplish that?

Folder names are embedded as resources in EPiServer.Cms.Shell.UI.dll file. Changing is possible if you hack embedded language files directly.
