Episerver Forms - Case Mapping (Salesforce)


Hello Everyone

I've connected my episerver forms to salesforce and I see account,lead,contact etc but I don't see case as a mappable entity.  Hopefully someone out there can assist?  Thank you in advance.

It appears that "Case" is now an option.
