Facing some issues after upgrading EpiServer to 11.3.1 version

We have upgraded our EpiServer version from 10.10.1 to 11.3.1. Upgradation was smooth without any issues. But when we run the application and login into EPiServer edit mode, we are facing below error. Click here to see screenshot of the error. We tried to find the cause but no luck.
