Hi,  When we deploy a new build in our test environment and clicking on an existing payment type or when adding a new payment type we noticed the "Payment class" dropdown is not populating.

This happens in my local dev machine as well and an iisreset usually fix it.

But in our test, we tried a couple of iisresets which didnt help .And later the day or after a couple of hours the payment class started showing . Is there any batch or scheduled jobs thats responsible for this?

This is a recurring issue in our enviroment and would really like to know the cause and how can we avoid this ?
