It seems that you have that property on more than one content types. You have to remove the attribute from the property on all content types.
Keep in mind that when you have the code it will always override commerce manager.

After a year of running a site we found out that one property on the variant should be the same for all languages. Removing CultureSpecific from code gives me:
If I try to remove it from the Commerce Manager it just keeps coming back.
What is the right way to remove CultureSpecific on a Commerce entry content?
