ShippingMethodRow BasePrice - how to change the datatype or the validation (whichever is the better approach)
Technically you can edit Apps\Order\Shipping\Tabs\ShippingMethodEditBaseTab.ascx to remove/change the validator. However keep in mind this is strict grey area, modifications to those files are not officially supported and you will lost the changes next time you upgrade Commerce Manager

How can I change the ShippingMethodDto.ShippingMethodRow BasePrice so I can enter values like .005 or .0005? I think I just need to change the validation, but I am not sure.
