Fieldorder 0 when importing page types

Hi When I export page types from 4.51.0.145 and import into 4.61.0.83 FieldOrder in tblPageDefinition is set to 0 for all properties. This means all properties as mixed up in the edit interface, and, I'm not 100% sure about this, but I think it's impossible to move them up/down using the admin-interface... Is this a known problem?
