License.config error when we run upgraded project from cms 11 to 12
If this issue is local dev, what are you running for your local domains. If you've mapped this in IIS you'll need a licence but you'll have to regenerate a new one from the licence center

Now I have created new license.config file and when we run application it gives this error:

This seems to be something to do with the Visitor Groups having an issue loading it's data. Did you run the .NET 5 migration tool on your project? I know as some classes moved namespaces the database required some updates to the DDS data.

We don't need license.config file in development environment but we are getting this error, please help with understanding this error.
