CMS12 scheduled job list not honoring SortIndex property

I can't find it, either. In general it's not that easy to find issues given an issue ID (CMS-#####) here.

Previously I could make my custom scheduled jobs appear on the top of the list for easy access by setting the SortIndex property on the ScheduledPlugIn attribute.
Can this be reinstated?
"exec netSchedulerList" still has the right sort order but the UI loses it somewhere.
