Hi All,

Can anyone explain how "Shortcut type" works when retrieving content via the Content Delivery API?

Using two pages as an example, page "A" and page "B", the scenario I would like to achieve is that, if I set the "Shortcut type" of page "A" to "Fetch content from another content item" and set the "Internal Shortcut/Fetch Data from" to page "B", then when I call the content API passing the Id of page "A", the content API response contains the content for page "B".

This isn't what I'm seeing at the moment, the content API response always contains the content for page "A". 

Are there any config or initalization I can put in place to achieve this?
Is this a limitation of the content delivery API?
Would I need to implement a custom way of retrieving this content?
