Selection or dropdown list value fields for EPiServer Form doesn't from time to time
There is an issue with caching for values of those field types. Please upgrade Forms to newer version to have that fix. See the bug: https://jira.ep.se/browse/AFORM-955

You can create your custom dropdown element which does not use the PropertyGenericList<T> since it was having problem. Use PropertyList<T> form CMS core instead.

Hi all,
We're using EPiServer Form 3.1.0 for the product form and survey form.
In the forms, we have the form field types of Selection/Multiple or single choice or Dropdownlist with User manual input for value list.
However, the value list didn't show sometimes that we need to go to the CMS and publish the fields again to see the value list appear.
Have you experienced any issues like this?
