Now this is probably easy but I'm struggling to find out how to achieve this.

I'm using a UnifiedSearch to return results and am able to use the SearchSection and SearchSubSection to restrict results as I expect. In addition to this I would like to filter further by 'Tags'. To enable this I have a property on all the sub section pages called "Filter" and I would like to use this to restrict results to match the value of "Filter". Note that a page can have more than one filter e.g a string of "apple, banana" but should be returned when filtered by apple or banana.

I know I could not use the UnifiedSearch but I prefer this approach as it allows me to search pages and assets at the same time.

Any thoughts or suggestions greatly appreciated.
