We are having issue when creating purchase orders manually that we cannot add line items to the order. When we click the "new item" button the list is empty but the paging controls in the search ui is indeed there with proper number of pages on so on.
The only way to fix this is to run the Admin -> Find content indexing job AND also run the indexer from inside commerce manager.

Anyone experienced something like this before?
