Developer Index returning 404/500 errors

Hi guys,

 

I set up a developer index last night and received my privateurl, after updating my webcofnig with the new index name and url and running any of our index jobs i'm getting backa a 404/500 error (404) Not Found. IndexMissingException[[peterjmaxwell_lawsocietytest)  Can anybody help?

You aren't using config transforms and accidentally edited your web.config in the root instead of the base web.config.

And thereby overwrite your changes?

(happens to me more then I like to admit =) )

Hi Petter,

thought that might be the case but i've double checked it's definitely in hte web.config correctly :)
