While waiting. Are things going on with the data in tblChangeNotificationQueued* tables?

The tables tblChangeNotificationQueuedGuid, tblChangeNotificationQueuedInt and tblChangeNotificationQueuedString are all empty.

Hi!
We have updated EPiServer CMS from 9.10.2 to 10.8.0 and EPiServer Find from 12.0.0.4448 to 12.2.5. After we have done that, updated content does not get reindexed immediately...
We are having all our EPiServer Find indexes on one server, hosting indexes for EPiServer CMS versions 7, 9 and now 10.
Last time I checked it took about 8 minutes to reindex the page I updated in the CMS...
What might cause the problem?
