Alloy site image cannot be render under .net v4.5 Classic Application pool

Hi all,
After I get the Alloy site installed on the Windows Server 2012 and try to open that,
the images on the site does not show up(e.g. the Alloy logo and other main images on the web pages).
The specific Application pool in IIS is .NET v4.5 Classic, and if I specify the pipeline mode to .NET v4.5 integrated,
the whole site cannot even be rendered, it gives the error message - http://world.episerver.com/Modules/Forum/Pages/Thread.aspx?id=70508&epslanguage=en .
Anyone has any super idea or solution for this?
