Cannot add widget in CMS 7.1

Folks,
I have an issue with adding widget in Editmode. It show a message states that " http://mysite/EPiServer/shell/Stores/component/". However when I paste the url to the browser I can see this: "{}&&false"
Do you guys know why? please help.
