Is there anyway to change the master language of a site like Advanced Language Manipulation Tool did?

I have not seen anything new in the API that would allow this without database manipulation.

If all your pages are in the same (but wrong) language it is easy to just change this in tblLanguageBranch. Just swap the correct values into the line with pkID=1.
