Can confirm that I am getting the same error on one of our sites as well (same name, different namespace).

How is Include evaulated in the AvailablePageTypes attribute?
I have two content types with the same name in different namespaces, I've double checked and specified the correct namespace in the Include property, but the wrong content type is selected!
Does each content type require a unique name?
