How to configure social media accounts in social reach

I'm trying to understand how to configure the social media accounts in Episerver so that the user can post/share content on different channels like Twitter, Facebook,  LinkedIn etc

I have seen that it requires access token to set-up account so do we need that for each user?  Can user share/post from view mode directly without logging on Episerver.

Any help and suggestions would be much appreciated.

social reach is not a "share-function" that a user will use from view mode. It is a module for a owner of a site to push content from website to social media without copying or logging in to their social media accounts.
