We have two access roles, one for administration and one for EpiUser (the user have permission for edit and publish).

I am able to create the block type with all the mandatory fileds using administrator permission.

Whereas we unable to add the  LinkItemCollection property value using EpiUser rights when creating a block. We getting the error message "Access was denied to page . Missing required permissions to edit this page". 

But using the same EpiUser rights, we are able to edit the block and add the LinkItemCollection property value's.
