Migration tool profile propreties error

Vote:

When trying to migrate profile properties I get the following error. I am using the standard setup of properties in MigrationTool.config. I am using the new version (1.1.0.32) of the Migration tool which is supposed to be case insensitive, but this looks like a problem with the case of column names? I'm grateful for any help.
