Move language branch into its own tree

Hi,

We have an existing site that is in several languages. Currently, we have one tree in EPiServer, with branches on each page for every language.

We want to move a given language branch into its own tree (site) within EPiServer.
We have existing EPiServer Enterprise licenses, but want to know if there was a tool that did this automatically, as it would be a hugely time consuming task to manually recreate the tree.

What about copying the entire tree and then use Advanced Language Tool to change that tree's master language?

Or to just make a small admin plugin that creates the language tree
