Have you created a page in edit mode and choose a form (and/or create form, with rows and items in it)?

You have something wrong in your XFormcontrol which does the rendering of the form.
It could be in the codebehind or maybe your sending in the wrong property name into it. It's hard to say without seeing any code.

Hi, I am new Episerver, trying to create Xforms page type using tutorial http://www.frederikvig.com/2009/12/part-6-creating-the-xform-page-create-an-episerver-site-from-scratch/ . After creating page type, it is available to create xforms page but forms that I created are not displaying. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
