Issue with Editor style

I've added two themes to the App_Themes folder and specified theme="blue" in the pages section of web.config.
It appears like the stylesheet from the blue theme is loaded in Edit mode.
E.g. background-color specified in the Body tag becomes the backgroundcolor of the Editor window.
