Problems with Composer toolbox in IE

I've installed composer 4.1 on a EPi CMS R2 site running on IIS6.
The toolbox appears in IE but it doesn't have any content. The "Bibliotek" and "Mallar" tabs are completely empty.
No script errors. I've tried to remove all other css and javascript references on the site, but still nothing.
All works fine in Firefox.
