Office 2003 publishing not limited to the Start page structure

Currently, v 4.41, it is not possible to publish content from Office 2003 to other pages than below the Start Page structure for the site. Would be nice to be able to set this dynamically, for example, to have different default nodes to differentiate for different users. Frode
