Confirm dialog when deleting page types in Admin

A small but useful enhancement to the Admin interface would be a confirm dialog when you delete a page type. Another idea to reduce the number of clicks would be a delete button on the page type overview (where you see the list of properties) so that you don't need to first click on Settings. Just a thought.
