Use "help" section from language file (pageTypesXX.xml) as title to properties in OPE

EPiServer CMS:
"help" section from language file (pageTypesXX.xml) is used as html title on properties in edit mode. Please implement this for OPE mode too.
Edit Mode (Ok):
When hovering propertynames in edit mode I get the text applied inside the "help" section in the language files:
OPE (not ok)
In OPE mode only caption is displayed, and when hovering the caption is duplicated. Why? Please introduce "help" section when hovering in OPE mode.
