Episerver CMS Visual Studio Extension adds duplicate binding redirect entries

The EPiServer.Framewrok.11.3.4 scripts handle the duplicates added by the VS extension used versions.

Episerver CMS Visual Studio Extension, version 11.1.0.326
Creating new Alloy site or empty Episerver site adds duplicate binding redirect entries to web.config.
There is duplicate entry for EPiServer.ServiceLocation.StructureMap and EPiServer.Data.Cache
When upgrading the site the upgrade powershell script for EPiServer.Framework.11.3.2 fail to correctly update the binding redirect for EPiServer.Data.Cache in web.config.
