Episerver - update 219
New release of Episerver CMS Core (including a new optional NuGet package for the MaxMind Geolocation provider), Episerver CMS UI, and Episerver TinyMCE. Bug fixes for Episerver Commerce (including a critical bug fix), Episerver A/B testing, Episerver Change approvals, Episerver for Google Analytics, the Episerver Marketing Automation connector for Marketo and the third-party add-on Screen9 Video for Episerver.
The update applies to Episerver projects version 7.5 and higher, and contains finalized work items included in the latest iteration. Continuous release updates are cumulative to include previous updates. Episerver supports all platform updates and strongly recommends that you keep ongoing projects up-to-date. You can install the updates from the Episerver NuGet feed.
Main packages
This release information lists updated main package versions for the Episerver platform. When a release is built, other dependent packages also may be bumped to new versions, although they contain no publicly visible changes. This is done to avoid dependency errors. When you upgrade, NuGet alerts you to upgrade related packages to the required versions. For Commerce, it is important to ensure that you are running the same version of CMS and Commerce, both in the front-end and back-end applications.

Episerver CMS Core
New features:
-
- CMS-10653: Support for getting geolocation from a request header / CDN
Some Cloud and CDN providers, such as Cloudflare, provide Geolocation functionality by adding the visitor's Country Code to the request headers. Our geolocation functionality can now use this information to provide country and continent information, in the case where no Geolocation provider is configured. See Configuring personalization in the CMS Developer Guide for details on how to configure the name of the header. - CMS-10661: The old MaxMind GeolocationProvider is obsoleted
The old EPiServer.Personalization.Providers.MaxMind.GeolocationProvider in EPiServer.ApplicationModules has been marked as obsolete in code. It will continue to work as before, but we recommend switching to an updated GeoIP database.
See Henrik Nyström's blog post and Configuring personalization in the CMS Developer Guide. - CMS-10457: Session-less visitor groups
Customers can now use all built-in Episerver visitor groups without requiring session state on the server side.
See Session handling in visitor group criteria in the CMS Developer Guide.
- CMS-10653: Support for getting geolocation from a request header / CDN
- EPiServer.Personalization.MaxMindGeolocation 1.0.0

- EPiServer.CMS.UI 11.5.0
The minor version number was bumped due to bug fix CMS-10761. - EPiServer.CMS.TinyMce 2.4.0

You can now drag and drop an image (bmp, jpg, gif, and png) directly from your computer into the TinyMCE editor. The image is automatically stored in the local For This Page or For This Block folder. See Nicklas Israelsson's blog post and Customizing the TinyMce (v2).
