Added support for Gainsight in CMS.UI.

When you upgrade EPiServer.Telemetry.UI package and enable telemetry, Gainsight PX is used to track usage data.

Fixed an issue with visitor groups where a page was empty after you selected Add Criteria > Technical Criteria > Display Channel.

Fixed an issue where you could not remove a property, even though it was no longer defined in code. You can now remove it using contextmenu from the list item.

Fixed an issue that caused Admin view to fail when you set XmlContentProvider with a very high ID (such as 1234567) and selected Admin > Access rights > Set access rights then clicked on the page from the XML content provider.

Added a content preview URL in contentSaved event.

Fixed an issue where logging out generated an error (InvalidOperationException) when logging out from an instance that used OpenID Connect.
