Optimizely - update 409

Fixed an alignment issue with some icons for the editing options drop-down in Edit mode, supporting Commerce icons.

The Multi-channel Content gadget supports searching for blocks and images present in the content tree.  You can search on name or id of the content.

The Multi-Channel Content gadget lets you create a "headless" content structure. Content selectors were updated to support this content structure content and include these folders. The root of the content structure will be visible to include the location of folders.

A Multi-channel Content gadget was added to let you view and work with folders, blocks, and images; pages are not usable in this gadget. You can remove the Navigation view to make Multi-Channel Content the primary gadget, and restore Navigation view by selecting Settings (gear icon) > Add gadgets. You can create block types in Admin view in the same way as creating page types. You can filter the content type list on pages, blocks, and so on. You can choose between page type and block type in a drop-down on the access level outside the list and on the button for creating content types. Block types have the same settings as page types except that default values to not apply to block types.

Fixed an issue to support migration of a CMS 11 site that already had many visitor groups of User profile criteria to CMS 12 so those visitor groups could display normally.

Fixed an issue where the date selector displayed months incorrectly for Norwegian language. Months were displayed with numbers instead of their names.
