Fixed an issue in the 12.10.1.0 database scripts that threw timeout exceptions on a large database.  (There were a lot of items in tblWorkContentProperty.) 

In CMS 11, DynamicDataStore was configured to use a cache by default. In CMS12, it was configured to not use a cache by default. The issue was changed to configure to use cache by default in CMS 12 (like in CMS 11).

Fixed an issue where the DefaultContentUrlCache produced dependency keys that were not deterministic across processes, and remote cache eviction would not work as expected. 

Fixed an issue that caused a failure when you created a case-sensitive database server.

Fixed an issue that occurred when you published a page that was translated from English to Swedish. When you set the culture of host to 'sv', and set your Personal Language to English and reloaded the page, the global navigation menu did not change to English like it should have.

Fixed an issue that let you move a page, even if its content type was not allowed under the destination page.

Updated the Forms.Sample FormCriterion (3.7.0) to use the new function GetProgressiveSubmitInfo in Forms.Core 4.30.8.
