EPiServer.DynamicContent is no longer included in the EPiServer.CMS.Core and EPiServer.CMS.UI nuget packages. It is now in its own package with its own versioning.
Sites using EPiServer.DynamicContent that are upgrading from CMS version 10 to version 11 need to install the new EPiServer.DynamicContent nuget package.
