4.40 - Connection pool problem

Vi har nyligen uppgraderat till 4.40 och nu har det börjat dyka upp meddelanden om att "Sidan kunde inte laddas (500)". I meddelandet står: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached. Server Error in '/' Application. Har någon annan sett något liknande?
