How to remove or alter postback code automatically entered in EPiServer 4.62 pages

I am using EPiServer 4.62, and every page has .NET postback code placed in it, similar to this: However, for SEO purposes, I need to either remove this code, or replace the single quotes with double quotes and place the script within HTML comment tags. For example, this line should be: Any dieas on how to alter or remove this line?
