Edit groups - 4.60 vs cms 5

Vote:

In EPiServer 4 admin mode you could administer a group and add and delete users from that group. But as far as I can see this is not possible in cms 5. Why?   If we create a new group we have to find each user we want to add and add the group to the user, but not the other way around. Very time consuming.

I agree, it is time consuming when you have a large editor team and try to organize different editor groups on a website.

I have checked around with the team here and it seems that this change was done when the user interface was more or less rewritten for CMS5 to use the membership/role provider model. If this turns out to be a missed and desired function then it could be re-implemented in future releases.
