Find - Best Bets

Hi all, I've created a Best Bets for a specific product page to pop up at the top of the internal search when someone searches particular keywords. However, it is not triggering the right page when I test a search query I placed as a Best Bet. Instead there are related resources (documents/photos) that populate the search but I want it to show the product page. Isn't the Best Bet supposed to overwrite any associated search results? Does it just take time?

If yes then are you able to see your product on best bet screen in Find admin?

If you are not the primary developer then you need to reach out to developer team that wrote this code or you can pull this code by debugging the code base.

Isn't the purpose of the Best Bets to not have to rely on a dev team to manipulate the search results and simply enter a few phrases that are connected to a specific page?

Yes, you are correct but initially the dev team needs to configure this.

Please refer Note section on the page

Best bets are not enabled by default; developers need to enable them.
