Triggered Emails (Mostly Forgot Password, Some Order Confirmations) Hitting SPAM/Junk/Quarantine

Our Forgot Password emails (and some Order Confirmation emails) are getting caught in customers junk / spam and even Quanrantine folders. Some customers don't get them at all.

 

I have opened a ticket with Opti and they said we should talk to our customers to whitelist the email, which is out of the question because a good portion of our customers are small shops with no IT!

 

We are not the only customer with this issue. I know of one other customer experiencing the same problem.

If you have more than one customer having an issue, there has to be some sort of resolution, right?
