For Zopim, did you need Insite to do anything or can you do it all by embedding the code in the header yourself?
Hi Elizabeth, We have been using Zopim for 3 years now and it has been a great experience. Straightforward to implement and very easy to use for our agents and clients alike.
We are testing out HubSpot. Looked at a lot of different options. Liked the offering provided by HubSpot and the user interface.
We have tested 4 different solutions on our site: Zendesk, Comm100, My Live Chat, Pure Chat. All have functioned flawlessly and all have different feature offerings.
Glad to share our analysis of the solutions we researched and tested:
Hope this helps and glad to provide more details.
We currently use Zopim, which is browser based and very straightforward and simple. We may explore other options in the future, but this as been easily grasped from a CS standpoint so far is it is extremely easy to use.
Hello Insite users! We are looking into different options for Live chat on our website with Insite. We are interested in learning about other people's experiences with different services. Our top contenders are livechat.com and provide support.com. Can anyone tell us about your experience with either and the features you liked or didn't like? Thanks!
