The Field Name is also used as keys when stored in the database. Therefore it needs to be normalized. Unfortunately this is also the "ugly" name of the field when it goes through e-mail and the recipient would need to live with the format.
If you want a better format on the e-mail, I would suggest that you hook up on the submit events and creates your own e-mail.

I've would like to manipulate the field names that goes out thru email when posting an XForm. It seems Episerver does not support special characters in the field names. Any suggestions for a work around?
