Missing "tel:" scheme support in Url properties

Has this issue been resolved?
The bug is listed as fixed but I've upgraded to EPiServer.CMS.UI 7.13.0 and this still doesn't work for me. I've tried both tel:0812345678 and mailto:test@junk.com?subject=hello in the external link input. Also tried putting the the mailto-link in the email field.

In CMS 7 i could enter phone links in Url Properties like "tel:9999". This, in turn would render nicely as … in my views. This no longer works after upgrading til cms 7.5. (Actually 7.13 when I'm writing this). When I try to edit a Url property with external URL set to "tel:whatever" it does not appear in the edit UI, and when I try to enter it manually in the edit UI, I’m getting a validation error. Is there a way of opening up the Url property to accept the tel: scheme for external links?
