ContentReference set a start folder?

Hi,

Is there a way to create a ContentReference in a class such as

public virtual ContentReference LinkUrl { get; set; }

and then assign a starting Folder ID so the Admin user will always start off in the desired location as oppose to drilling down through the child folders?
