Episerver 9 - creating users in Azure AD B2C

Has anyone connected to an Azure B2C Active Directory and has created a way to dynamically create Users into the Directory without using the Default Microsoft Pop up (using Azure B2C Graph)?

Also, what is really important we need to create the Username as the user's email address for example: test@mysite.com and NOTtest@TFS.onmicrosoft.com.

Have you found and checked this project? https://github.com/Azure-Samples/active-directory-dotnet-graphapi-console

It's as you can see fairly easy to write and update stuff. I don't know about the username setting but should be easy to test.
