Blocks in TinyMCE
There is no support for block preview as long as you are editing in TinyMCE but if you preview the page or blur the TinyMCE editor you should see the blocks rendered.

Our customer is dragging blocks into TinyMCE, but they are not displayed properly. Is this really supported?
