Need executive summary of improvements from Episerver CMS 8 to 10

I've been asked to provide an executive level summary of improvements to Episerver CMS since version 8.0. Our team is considering upgrading some of our sites from 8.0 to 10.1, and we would like to present a case to our managers about the benefits of doing so.
Presently I've been unable to locate any marketing related materials or information that presents improvements from 8.0 to 9.0 to 10.0. There are of course release notes, but that's hardly a high-level summary that suits this purpose.

It would be nice to have a "10 Reasons to Upgrade to Episerver CMS 9.0" or "10.0" or something to that effect. Perhaps the marketing department for Episerver would have something suitable. I hope you can point me in the right direction. Thanks for your help.
